3. Orders & Payments

Orders are considered valid and processed only after full payment confirmation is received. All payments on this website are processed securely via PayPal, a leading third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal’s applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

The store does not store, process, or have direct access to full credit card or payment details. Accepted payment methods via PayPal include:

Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
Digital Wallets: PayPal Balance, Venmo (US), and Apple Pay (where supported).
Local Payment Methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, Giropay / Sofort, and MyBank.

4. Order Processing & Production

Verification: Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. This processing period is required to verify product availability, securely process payment, and ensure that all order details are accurate and complete, helping to prevent any issues or delays. Please note that orders will only be shipped once processing is successfully completed.
Fulfillment: Our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party provider. Production times vary by product type and destination.
Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability from our fulfillment provider. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a full refund.

5. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
The store is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
Incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages may result in additional reshipment costs charged to the customer.
Tracking information will be provided once the package is shipped.

6. Taxes & Customs

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

7. Returns & Refunds

Damaged/Defective Items: Issues must be reported within 14 days of product receipt. Please contact support with photographic evidence.
Lost in Transit: Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
Made-to-Order Policy: In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, items manufactured specifically to a consumer's order (custom-made) are exempt from the general right of cancellation once production has begun. Therefore, no refunds are available for “buyer’s remorse” or incorrect size/color selection.
Return Procedure: Do not send items back to the manufacturer or the store without prior written authorization. We will provide specific return instructions if an item is eligible.
Hygiene Items: Sealed items (e.g., face masks) are not eligible for return once opened.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

9. Use of Website

The website may not be used for illegal activities, unauthorized data extraction, or content copying. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and text on this website are the exclusive property of the store. No content may be copied, reproduced, or resold without explicit written permission.
