Defective or Incorrect Items Any report of incorrect, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of actual product receipt. For packages lost in transit, reports must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Our Responsibility: Reports confirmed as an error on our part (e.g., wrong print, product tears, or manufacturing defects) will be covered at our expense with a replacement or full refund.

Buyer’s Remorse & Custom Orders Our products are "Made-to-Order" specifically for you. In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law regarding customized goods:

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse," such as a change of heart or selecting the wrong size/color after the order has entered production.

Return Process & Evaluation

Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from our customer service. Do not send items back to the manufacturer’s address printed on the package, as this may result in the package being lost.

Condition: If a return is authorized, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Hygiene Items: For health and safety reasons, certain items (such as face masks or sealed apparel) cannot be returned once opened.
Governing Language This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
